Nonprofit leaders aren’t failing—the system is. In 10 focused weeks, you’ll map what’s real for your org, fix the hidden drains (time, roles, funding myths), and leave with a practical Renegade Pathway you can run the day after graduation.
Led by Tom Brush, author of The Renegade Nonprofit and creator of the Renegade Red Flags series.
WHO THIS IS FOR
• Executive Directors & Senior Leaders who are done “doing more with less”
• Founder/EDs who want sustainability without losing the soul of the mission
• Board Chairs who want to support the ED with clarity, not chaos
• Small-but-mighty teams ready to align time, people, and money around what moves the mission
WHAT YOU’LL WALK AWAY WITH
• Your Renegade Pathway: a 1-page operating blueprint that ties mission → priorities → roles → time → funding
• A 90-day action sprint with 3–5 measurable moves (and how you’ll track them)
• A focused “Stop Doing” list and a simple request script for funders/board around ops + capacity
• Meeting rhythms and dashboards that keep you out of the overcommitment spiral
• Language you can use tomorrow with staff, board, and funders
