Before We Plan is a 90-minute space for nonprofit leaders to slow down, reflect on what 2025 actually asked of them, and make sense of the year before stepping into 2026.

There’s no strategy deck.
No action plan.
No fixing.
And no selling.

Just thoughtful questions, guided reflection, and space to leave the year with greater clarity and steadiness.
